Four Functional Areas

As a full-service web design, marketing and event planning firm, Design44 faces projects with many developmental and design elements. Design44's project management staff must track each step from conception to completion to guarantee that the clients' needs are met. This type of in-house communication would not be possible without effective internal management.

Clients’ needs are the most important asset to Design44, and as such, we take internal management seriously to ensure that those needs are met. To do so, Design44 follows the process outlined the by the Four Functional Areas. These areas include financial management, production management, marketing management and HR management.
